Stuart Recicar

I am from a small town in Pennsylvania. I got involved with the Burlington CJC and re-entry work through an internship with Treatment Court in Burlington. I helped to found the Circles of Support and Accountability (COSA) program in Chittenden County and was a member of the team that developed the current COSA volunteer training that travels around the state and country. Having settled in Vermont after wandering around for many years, I enjoy having various opportunities from concerts to swimming holes within an hour’s drive from Burlington.
